No Returns

All products purchased from Healing Heaven are non-returnable.

As our products are energy-based and processed specifically for each order, we do not accept returns once an order has been confirmed and processed.

No Refunds

All purchases made through Healing Heaven are final.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal expectations regarding results
  • Delayed or varied personal experiences
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer
  • Orders placed by mistake
  • Refusal to accept a Cash on Delivery (COD) order after dispatch

Since every individual's experience with energy-based products is unique, we cannot guarantee any specific outcome. Therefore, purchases are not eligible for refunds based on personal expectations or results.

No Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges once an order has been placed and confirmed.

Customers are requested to carefully review their order before completing the purchase.

Order Cancellation

Once an order has been placed and confirmed (whether Cash on Delivery (COD) or Prepaid), it enters our processing system immediately.

For this reason, orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances after confirmation.

Please ensure that your name, address, contact details, and selected product are correct before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is:

  • Physically damaged during delivery, or
  • Different from the item you ordered,

please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To help us investigate the issue, please provide:

  • Your Order ID
  • Clear photos of the package and product
  • A brief description of the issue

After verification, we will review the matter and determine an appropriate resolution at our sole discretion.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of placing the order.

Healing Heaven is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address or contact details provided by the customer.
